What is SparkIt TRI?+
SparkIt TRI is a compact electronic rig with a 3D ceramic chamber that heats at its base and lower sidewalls, an integrated airpath, 2,850 mAh battery and on-device controls in a 4.25-inch CNC-machined aluminum body.
Does SparkIt TRI need water?+
No. SparkIt TRI is designed to work without a separate bubbler or water piece. The chamber and airpath are integrated into the device.
How portable is SparkIt TRI?+
SparkIt TRI is 4.25 in (108 mm) tall, with a footprint of 1.6 × 1.5 in (41 × 39 mm), and weighs approx. 8.7 oz (248 g). It fits a jacket pocket, bag or EDC pouch, without a separate water piece.
How is SparkIt TRI different from a Peak Pro, Proxy, or AERIS?+
SparkIt TRI combines a 4.25-inch CNC-machined aluminum body, 3D ceramic chamber, integrated airpath, 2,850 mAh battery and on-device controls. Peak Pro, Proxy and AERIS use different layouts and accessory systems; SparkIt TRI is built around its compact all-in-one form.
How hard is it to clean?+
The mouthpiece and chamber are removable, which keeps routine cleaning focused on accessible chamber-side parts.
What battery does SparkIt TRI use?+
SparkIt TRI has a 2,850 mAh internal lithium battery and charges over USB-C. The battery is built into the device and is not user-replaceable.
What warranty coverage does SparkIt TRI include?+
One year on SparkIt TRI device hardware and six months on the included ceramic heating chamber for covered defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage for the included chamber starts with the device purchase. A separately purchased chamber also has six months of coverage, starting from that chamber’s purchase date. Normal wear and accidental damage are excluded; see the full limited warranty for details.

When you write in about a product issue, it helps to include what you were doing when it happened, the temperature setting, whether the unit was hot or cool, what appeared on the display, whether it happens repeatedly, and a photo or short video when useful.
For a suspected battery or overheating issue, stop using the device until SparkIt Support has reviewed the problem.
