Built around the hit. Then built down to size.

A compact rig only works if shrinking the enclosure is not the engineering strategy. SparkIt TRI starts at the chamber and works outward: heat, airflow, controls, structure, then the body around them.

CHAMBER

Start with the cup.

The large ceramic concentrate chamber is the center of SparkIt TRI. The enclosure was packaged around the chamber area and thermal mass we wanted for serious concentrate sessions, rather than starting with a pen-sized body and squeezing the heater into whatever space remained.

AIRPATH

Cooling has to happen somewhere.

SparkIt TRI does not require an external water piece. Vapor leaves the chamber and travels through the integrated path inside the device before reaching the cap. The geometry has to balance draw, temperature and condensation inside a very small volume. It is one of the central engineering problems behind the product.

BODY

The enclosure is structural aluminum.

SparkIt TRI's exterior body is CNC-machined aluminum. Machining lets the three-sided geometry, openings and transitions live directly in the material you touch. The surface is bead-blasted and anodized in Silver or Graphite. It is not a metal-look coating; it is the metal.

INTERFACE

The controls stay on SparkIt TRI.

The display and physical interface are part of the device because the normal session should not depend on another screen. Temperature selection and session feedback happen directly on SparkIt TRI.

MEASUREMENT

If we print the number, we should be able to show the test.

Production runtime, charge time, vapor temperature and direct competitor-performance numbers belong here only after production validation. We would rather leave a number unpublished than turn an estimate into marketing copy.

DESIGN PRINCIPLE

Designed as hardware, not dressed like it afterward.

The chamber, airpath, controls and machined body are not separate marketing stories. They are the reason SparkIt TRI looks and feels the way it does.

Certain SparkIt TRI design and technology features are patent pending.
