Work through one change at a time so you can tell what made the difference.
← All support topicsSparkIt TRI does not turn on
- Connect SparkIt TRI to USB-C power.
- Allow it to charge.
- Try powering it on again.
- Try another known-good cable or USB-C power source.
If the device remains unresponsive, contact support.
SparkIt TRI turns on but does not heat
First allow the device to cool. Then:
- confirm the chamber is seated correctly;
- power SparkIt TRI off and back on;
- inspect the chamber for visible damage;
- if appropriate, test with the included spare chamber.
If neither chamber operates correctly, contact SparkIt Support.
Vapor production seems lower than usual
Check:
- chamber cleanliness;
- load size;
- temperature setting;
- concentrate placement;
- cap position;
- airflow cleanliness.
Changing only one variable at a time can make it easier to identify the cause.
The draw feels tight
Allow SparkIt TRI to cool, then inspect the cap and accessible airpath for residue.
Also check that the chamber has not been overloaded.
Material is climbing the chamber walls
Use a smaller load.
Very fluid concentrates can move as they heat. Keeping the load near the bottom of the ceramic chamber helps reduce migration.
The chamber is extremely hot
The stainless-steel exterior of the chamber becomes hot during normal operation.
Do not touch or remove it. Leave the chamber installed and allow it to cool.
If unusual heat is coming from the lower body or battery area instead of the chamber area, stop using SparkIt TRI and contact SparkIt.
The chamber is stuck
Do not try to remove it while hot.
Allow SparkIt TRI to cool completely.
If the chamber still does not release normally, do not force it. Contact SparkIt Support.
SparkIt TRI is getting unusually hot
Stop using it.
A hot chamber after a heating session is normal. Unusual heating of the device body or battery area is not something you should ignore.
Power the device off and contact support.
SparkIt TRI is not charging
Try:
- another USB-C cable;
- another compatible power source;
- checking the port for visible debris or damage.
Do not insert metal objects into the charging port. If the port is damaged, loose, wet or becoming unusually hot, stop charging and contact support.
