Privacy, in plain language.

When you shop, our commerce and payment providers process the contact, shipping, order and payment information needed to complete and support your purchase.

For storefront measurement, SPARKIT uses short-lived pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers plus limited acquisition information such as campaign source, referral code, landing page and referring site. Our application analytics layer is designed not to attach your IP address, full user-agent string, shipping address, phone number or email address to browsing events.

If you apply to a SparkIt beta, creator, or affiliate program, we collect the application information you submit, such as your name, email, program interests, state, public profile or handle, audience range, and your description of fit. We keep that application data separate from Swell commerce records unless you later become a customer.

We use order information to fulfill purchases, provide support, process returns or refunds, prevent abuse and satisfy legal or accounting obligations.

We use pseudonymous storefront data to understand conversion, shipping eligibility, product interest, campaign performance and affiliate referrals. We do not use this data to infer health conditions, medical use, substance-use frequency or other sensitive personal traits.

We use program-application information to evaluate applicants, manage beta and creator relationships, communicate about selection and program logistics, and administer affiliate relationships. Marketing email remains optional and is handled separately from the application itself.

Our first-party attribution cookies default to a 30-day window. Commerce, analytics, email/lifecycle and review providers retain information according to the production settings and legal/operational requirements that apply to those systems.

Published product reviews may remain available through our review provider until removed under the applicable moderation, deletion or provider process.

Partner and beta application data is retained only as long as it remains useful for program administration, relationship history, compliance, or legitimate business records, subject to the privacy choices described below.

When enabled, our review provider can use eligible commerce/order data to support review requests and verified-purchase status. We do not maintain a second SparkIt customer database solely for reviews.

Affiliate links can set a signed referral identifier so we can attribute an order to the referring partner. Referral attribution is separate from any promo code used at checkout.

We use service providers for commerce, hosting, payment processing, delivery, email/lifecycle messaging, analytics and support. They receive only the information required for the service they perform and are governed by their own terms and privacy obligations.

If we enable additional advertising or conversion-measurement partners, this notice will be updated to identify the relevant data flows and available privacy choices before those integrations are considered production-ready.

You may contact support@sparkit.tech to ask about access, correction or deletion of information SPARKIT controls. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or warranty purposes even after a marketing-data deletion request.
