Where we ship, and why.

Federal law (the PACT Act) treats vaporizer hardware like tobacco products for shipping purposes. That means delivery options are more limited than ordinary ecommerce. We use eligible specialty carriers with adult-signature service and follow the registration, reporting, tax, and delivery requirements that apply where we ship.

Some states restrict direct delivery of this category entirely. We currently do not ship to: Arkansas, Maine, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont.

Every delivery requires an adult signature. Plan for someone 21 or older to be home, or route to a pickup point where our carrier offers one.
